LEVEL OF PATIENT SATISFACTION ON TIME WAITING FOR DRUG AND NON TACIFIC DRUG RECIPE SERVICES IN KLINIK MEDIKIDS JAKARTA BARAT

Pharmacy services in hospitals / clinics are an integral part of the health care system, which is oriented to, among others, the provision of quality medicines and drug services for prescription including clinical pharmacy services. Outpatient Pharmacy Clinic Medikids West Jakarta currently does not have a minimum service standard for the length of time prescription service is waiting, therefore the author intends to examine the length of the waiting time for prescription and non-concoction medicine services.This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes, describes the results of observations / observations of the time needed for each stage of the prescription drug service. Samples are taken every Monday - Friday at 09.00 - 13.00 WIB for 2 months. During the study, there were 120 samples of concoction recipes and 120 non-concoction recipes and by distributing 30 questionnaires to 30 respondents. From this study, can did concluse that the total average length of prescription service for finished drugs is 7 minutes 25 seconds with an average value at each stage, namely the recipe reception stage 1 minute 39 seconds, the preparation stage of the drug becomes 1 minute 13 seconds, stages of etiquette administration and drug packaging 1 minute 31 seconds, 39 seconds drug checking stage and 2 minutes 42 seconds drug delivery stage and the results obtained by 80% of respondents were satisfied and 13.3% of respondents were very satisfaction in the service in West Jakarta medical clinics.
